鑑賞期說明

Cooling-off Period

 

依據台灣《消費者保護法》，商品享有 7 日鑑賞期（非試用期）。 鑑賞期自商品 簽收翌日 起算。

 

In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period (this is not a trial period), starting from the day after the item is received.

 

接單製作商品說明 Made-to-Order Items 本品牌商品多為 接單製作，於訂單成立後即開始為您專屬製作。

As most of our items are made to order, production begins once the order is confirmed.

 

因此，除商品本身有瑕疵或寄送錯誤外， 恕不接受因個人因素（尺寸不合、喜好改變）之退貨或退款申請。

 

For this reason, returns or refunds are not accepted for made-to-order items due to personal preferences such as sizing or change of mind, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

可受理退貨之情況 Eligible Returns 僅限以下情況可申請退貨或退款：

• 商品於收到時即有 明顯瑕疵

• 商品與訂單內容 不符或寄送錯誤

 

Returns are accepted only if: 

• The item arrives with a manufacturing defect, or 

• The item received is incorrect compared to the order.

 

請於商品簽收後 72 小時內 聯繫我們，並提供清楚照片以利確認。

 

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photos for verification.

無法退貨之情形 Non-returnable Items 以下情況恕無法受理退貨：

​

• 接單製作或客製化商品

• 已穿著、洗滌、修改或使用過之商品

• 吊牌、包裝或配件不完整 • 因不當使用或洗滌造成之損壞

• 特價、出清或標示為 Final Sale 之商品

 

The following items are non-returnable:

• Made-to-order or customized items

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used

• Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories

• Damage caused by improper care

• Sale or final sale items

退款說明 Refunds

​

• 經確認符合退貨條件後，退款將於 7–14 個工作天內 原路退回

• 實際入帳時間依各付款方式及銀行作業為準

• 除商品瑕疵或寄送錯誤外，運費恕不退還

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
